About

Amy began her career as an independent advisor in 2001. From day one, as a fiduciary, Amy has put her clients’ needs first, long before it was mandated or required. She works with both individuals and corporations seeking long term retirement planning. Her non-corporate clients include successful individuals, those nearing retirement, or enjoying retirement, and small business owners.

Amy is actively involved in all aspects of her clients’ long-term retirement planning, including creating customized plans, portfolio development, and analysis. Once a customized strategy is in place, she monitors performance to help her clients’ financial goals.

Her corporate clients include both small and large businesses seeking qualified retirement plans. Amy focuses on unbundled 401(k) plans with innovative investment options, including rules-based portfolios and exchange traded funds. She is proud to create and manage 401(k) plans tailored to her clients’ needs.

Amy is especially fond of helping women create the retirement they deserve, particularly those who are transitioning after divorce or the loss of a spouse.

Amy lives in Raleigh, NC and splits her time between Retirement Wealth Advisors’ Raleigh and Cape Coral offices. She is an avid supporter of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Raleigh where she developed and conducts The Bracelet Project, an entrepreneurship program targeted to Tween girls.

Amy earned an Master Degree in Business in 1991 and holds a Series 65 securities license and a Life and Health License in North Carolina and Florida.
